Inner Silence Yoga was founded with a mission to bring peace and balance to lives overwhelmed by modern stresses. Born from our founder’s personal transformation after leaving the corporate world, yoga became a sanctuary amidst chaos.

Now, we offer accessible yoga practices that promote not just physical fitness, but mental clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, our goal is to help you find balance, peace and fulfillment in everyday life

Meet the founder

Vishal Devgan

Meet Vishal Devgan, a former corporate warrior turned passionate yogi! After years of dealing with endless emails, deadlines, and the hustle of corporate life, Vishal realized that stress was becoming his daily companion. But thanks to his early introduction to yoga by his father, he had a secret weapon to combat the chaos. This early exposure laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to self-discovery and wellness through yoga.
His yoga journey took him from corporate routines to ashrams, completing both 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs from top universities in India. He is also a registered Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. But the story doesn’t end there—currently pursuing a Master’s in Yoga Therapy, Vishal is on a mission to combine ancient yoga wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to help others in managing stress, finding inner peace, and maintaining a balanced life.
